Originally designed as the San Diego regional headquarters for Quintiles, this 28,000-square-foot workplace was created to support a modern, collaborative office environment tailored to the company's West Coast operations. Following the merger of Quintiles and IMS Health, the company became IQVIA, one of the world's leading providers of healthcare analytics and clinical research services.

The design reimagined leased office space into a flexible workplace that balanced open workstations, executive offices, conference rooms, and informal collaboration areas. Inspired by Southern California's relaxed character, the interior incorporates warm wood detailing, natural textures, vibrant accent colors, and abundant daylight to create an inviting environment that reflects the region while maintaining a polished corporate identity. Signature Work Cafés and thoughtfully integrated gathering spaces encourage collaboration, employee engagement, and day-to-day interaction throughout the office.
